Now India will once again be a gold bird, 3000 tonnes of gold treasure in UP's Sonbhadra district
Lucknow: In the 17th century, the country of India was called the golden bird. But India has not been a golden bird due to the British. But once again the Sonbhadra district of UP is going to make India a gold bird.
The Geological Survey of India (GSI) has discovered about 3000 tonnes of gold reserves in the Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh, which is about five times the present reserve of yellow metal in India. If our country gets this gold, then no one can stop India from becoming a gold bird. This gold will play an important role in the economy and development of our country. Which was needed for many years.
District Mining Officer K.K. Rai said that the gold deposits were found in the Sone Pahari and Hardi areas. He said that the work of finding gold reserves in Sonbhadra was started by GSI in 1992-93, adding that the auction of these blocks through e-tendering would start soon.
The official said that deposits in Son Pahadi are around 2943.26 tonnes, while Hardi block has 646.16 kg. Rai said that apart from gold, some other minerals have also been found in the area. The Yogi Adityanath government of UP is on alert mode regarding the gold mines. 7 teams of Revenue Department and Mineral Department have been formed to dig gold.
